When Hannah Prentice and her partner, Mitchell Edwards, first visited Westleigh Homes’ Hallcroft Grange development in Countesthorpe, Leicestershire, they recognised the opportunity to make a new home their own.
While Footwear Designer Hannah, 23, had previously lived with her parents in Great Glen, Gymnastics Club Manager Mitchell, 30, had shared a house with a friend in Leicester.
As they passed Westleigh’s collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes off Gillam Butts one day, they were so impressed by what they saw that they decided to take a closer look.
“We weren’t particularly thinking about moving when we called into Hallcroft Grange,” Hannah explains. “But because we really loved the selection of homes available and the location was so great, we decided then and there to reserve a house!”
Hannah and Mitchell have now moved into their three-bedroom Bryce at Hallcroft Grange, and they have truly made this stunning new house their home.
“We decided on this particular house because of the room sizes,” continues Hannah. “We felt that there was plenty of space for us to live and maybe to raise a family one day. Then there’s a spare room that comes in handy for guests and another for Mitchell’s office, both of which are very important to us.”
“Buying a new build means getting everything that you want right from the beginning, and we’re so glad that we decided on the Bryce because we’ve settled in so well and it feels really homely.
“Our family and friends all love our new home and they can’t quite believe its size for a new build. My granddad said the build quality was really good, and he knows best!
“Throughout our move, the Westleigh staff were excellent. They stayed in communication with us the entire time and whenever we wanted to take a look around the development they were always just so accommodating.
“Now we’re most looking forward to having our freedom and not having to share with others!”
