Westleigh, the homebuilder behind the popular Butterfields development in Northampton, is offering buyers the chance to find out more about its Part Exchange scheme this weekend.

Homeowners looking to make a move may be able to sell their home to Westleigh, after reserving a property at Butterfields, removing the need to find a buyer for their present home themselves.

A team of experts will be on hand at the development on Booth Lane South, between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th November, to explain the details of the scheme.

Those who reserve a home at Butterfields this weekend will also benefit from free fitted flooring in their property, £500 contribution towards their solicitors’ fees and turf to the rear garden.

To mark the Part Exchange Weekend, Westleigh’s New Homes Manager, Lisa Morris, offers her top five reasons for potential buyers to consider using the scheme when they make their next move.

1. No estate agency fees
